This is how you can make an impact:
- International Brand Awareness Adapt global campaigns to local market requirements and ensure a structured rollout across your regions. Manage all activities based on KPIs and continuously optimize them to achieve measurable growth in brand awareness.
- Interface & Stakeholder Management Act as the central interface between the headquarters and local markets, ensuring clear communication, aligned timelines, and transparent responsibilities. Take into account cultural and regulatory specifics of each country.
- Market Analysis Analyze market and competitive developments in your regions and gain valuable insights into trends, customer needs, and competitor activities through international travel. Prepare KPI-based reports and derive data-driven optimization measures.
- Marketing Consulting & Execution Execute marketing activities hands-on and across multiple channels, while supporting local markets operationally in implementing global initiatives.
- Concept & Localization Adapt global concepts systematically to local requirements and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
- Marketing Channel Expertise Manage relevant marketing channels such as social media, email, web, events, PR, and paid media, and continuously optimize performance based on defined KPIs.
- Go Beyond & International Focus Oversee defined regions independently (e.g., Eastern Europe, Asia or Middle East) and drive their strategic development. Support planning and hosting of international guest visits at our headquarters in Munich, bringing international travel readiness (2–3 times per year) and strong intercultural competence.
- Process Optimization & Reporting Optimize international rollout and coordination processes continuously, and ensure full transparency of all activities through structured status and performance reporting.
Here´s what you should bring:
- Education: A completed degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Several years of professional experience in implementing marketing campaigns and managing customers, preferably in an international environment and/or with sales experience.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in pharmaceuticals, medical technology, FMCG, or similar industries is desirable but not mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English (written and spoken), and/or proficiency in other languages is desirable.
- Teamwork & Cultural Awareness: Enjoy working in a team and possess a strong understanding of how different markets and cultures operate, enabling effective collaboration with regional marketing teams and diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to Travel: Enthusiasm for travel to international sales regions (approx. 2-3 times per year, especially to markets in Eastern Europe, Asia, or the Middle East) and flexibility.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities and excellent time management.
- Analytical Skills: Highly analytical mindset to assess campaign performance and derive actionable recommendations.
- Tool Competence: Proven experience with marketing technologies and tools for campaign management.
- Go Beyond: Motivation to proactively develop personally and contribute as part of a strong team.
