This is how you can make an impact:

Sales:
  • You are responsible for our established markets and also for developing new markets in one of the following regions: Latin America and the Caribbean. In this role, you combine operational sales management with strategic business development, ensuring profitable growth both today and in the future.
  • You take ownership of annual budget planning and tracking.
  • You ensure the successful implementation of marketing campaigns and product launches in your sales region, thereby contributing to the brand awareness of Denk Pharma.
Leadership:
  • You lead our local teams, further develop their capabilities, and support them in achieving ambitious sales targets.
  • You review the effectiveness of your initiatives in monthly business reviews and adjust them as needed—always with a focus on revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • You engage with different cultures with openness, respect, and appreciation.
  • You act as a key point of contact, connector, and role model between adjacent functions such as Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Supply Chain, and our international business partners.
  • You travel regularly (approx. 30%) to your markets to build and strengthen close relationships with local teams, business partners, physicians, pharmacies, and distributors.
Business Growth:
  • Together with the Head of Sales, you develop multi-year growth and sales strategies for your regions and implement them step by step.
  • You analyze market potential, develop business and investment plans, and support market entry from the initial idea through to a successful launch.
  • You challenge existing processes and develop solutions that strengthen our competitiveness and our “Access to Healing” mission.

Here´s what you should bring:

  • Education & Training: successfully completed degree (Master’s equivalent) in Pharmacy, Medicine, Healthcare, Biology, Business Administration, Humanities, Cultural Studies, or programs with an international focus, or a comparable qualification. Training as a pharmaceutical sales representative is an advantage.
  • Sales & Product Launch Experience: Several years of proven success in sales and product launches, ideally involving pharmaceutical products or food supplements in dynamic markets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in German, English, and Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to Travel: Enthusiasm for international travel to sales regions (approx. 30%) and a strong sense of adventure.
  • Intercultural Competence: Strong intercultural awareness (developed, for example, through extended stays abroad) and enjoyment in getting to know a wide variety of people and cultures.
  • Business Acumen: A forward-thinking, commercially minded approach combined with a high degree of flexibility.
  • Initiative: The drive to take ownership of topics independently and efficiently, improving them through strong self-motivation.
  • Go Beyond: The desire to proactively develop personally and to be part of a strong, collaborative team.
