About Denk Pharma:

Since 1948, DENK PHARMA, a family-owned company, has been operating in more than 80 countries. According to our slogan "Quality for your Health – Made in Germany", our mission is to provide universal access to healing through our product range. As one of the few pharmaceutical companies in the world, all our customers receive exactly the same medicines and nutricional supplements as those available in Germany. To ensure this, our products are almost 100% manufactured, quality controlled and approved in Germany.

The Role at a Glance

As Medical Affairs Manager (m/f/d), you actively shape DENK PHARMA’s scientific communication and, through your expertise in Medical Affairs, ensure that physicians, partners, and patients worldwide are provided with relevant and reliable information.

This is how you can make an impact:

  • Dossiers & Quality Assurance: Review and approve pharmaceutical and medical materials such as flyers as well as physician and patient brochures to ensure that our global partners always have access to valid, target‑group‑appropriate information.
  • Training: Develop target‑group‑specific training programs for product launches and deliver them to internal and external partners in Germany and abroad—in German, English, and Spanish—to keep our global network up to date.
  • Medical Inquiries: Respond reliably to pharmaceutical and medical inquiries from physicians and field force colleagues within 24 hours, providing fast, well‑founded answers that build trust in our brand.
  • Scientific Literature & Studies: Research and evaluate current pharmaceutical literature and clinical studies, translating insights into actionable recommendations for our Medical Affairs strategy.
  • Marketing & Congresses: Support national and international marketing and sales initiatives and represent DENK PHARMA at scientific congresses and trade fairs, strengthening our presence where key decisions are made.

Here´s what you should bring:

  • Education: You hold a completed degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Natural Sciences, or a comparable field.
  • Practical Experience: You have already gained initial hands‑on experience in Medical Affairs or a highly regulated environment, for example through internships, working student roles, or a first position in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Expertise: You are confident in the areas of Medical Affairs and pharmaceutical technology and bring solid basic knowledge of pharmaceutical texts and dossier formats
  • Language Skills: Very good German, English, and Spanish skills, both written and spoken, are second nature to you
  • Working Style: You work in a structured and deadline‑driven manner, know how to set priorities, and can confidently manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Communication Skills: Ideally, you have a confident presence when working with international partners and customers and can communicate complex topics clearly and comprehensibly
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel (approx. 3–5 trips per year) and openness to international and intercultural collaboration
  • AI Mindset: You are open to experimenting with AI‑supported tools—for example for structured research of medical requirements in different markets, the creation of training materials, or quality checks of translations—thereby helping to make our Medical Affairs processes smarter and more efficient
